Skills for Growth: The Workforce Development Program is open to all Victorian based small and medium sized business, to be eligible you must:

1. Employ between 1-100 staff
2. Have been in operation for at least 12 months

All you need to do is register your intersted with Laura at LIAV, providing the year you started your business and the number of employees and we will sign you up on the program.
Within 2 business days a consultant from Drake Australia Pty Ltd will be in contact with you and will then plan and establish a training and business plan for you and your staff.

This program is a Victorian Government initiative set up to assist the development, productivity and efficiency of your business and will cost you nothing!
