The materials and finishes of the hard landscape components used in this Art Deco inspired development, compliment and reinforce the architectural style of the project.
While preserving prominent features and significant vegetation, such as 60 year old roses and rhododendrons, the site has been extensively landscaped with scope for future development. A quality example of the marriage between horticultural skills and construction detailing.
